Consolidating Our Research

On "Environment", global warming and air pollution are some of the major problems that we identified. As for global warming and air pollution, we need to look into the carbon emissions produced by the cars on the road. Also, we need to raise awareness on people who smoke, which contributes to the air pollution. We can also help teach the residents on how to save more energy wherever they are (Home or outside).


1) Carbon Emissions
Make an animated movie showing on how cars could harm the environment.


2) Smoking
Show photos of what will happen if they continue to smoke (To the environment).


3) Saving Energy
Create energy-saving electrical appliances for the residents to sell.

1) Laptop bag
P: It is light weight, portable, and it is comfortable to carry.
I: I must make sure that nothing damages it, otherwise
E: It is expensive and I could not lose it.

2) Compass
P: It is small, light, easy to carry, and it is waterproof.
I: I can use it to find my way home when I am lost.
E: It was used by my grandfather during the war.
S: It helps bond with my grandfather.

3) MRT Station
P: It is clean, safe, and it is crowded.
I: I can board the MRT to reach home or to visit my friends.
E: N.I.L
S: I can meet up with my friends and my family.

4) Watching a movie
P: It is entertaining, it has a wide screen, and it has a surround sound.
I: I can widen my imagination.
E: It can touch viewers.
S: I can hang out with my family and friends.

Understanding "Research" (Part 1)

Hi everybody, Preston here.
  Research means to look into a specific term or meaning in a particular area and to find out more about it.
  Research is very important as people would assume everything the way it is and instead not trying to find out more about it. Without research, many things would have gone wrong as we did not look into the problem further.
  We can research properly by surfing the web and read what is available. But we must ensure that the information we have found has to be correct. Then we have to understand the information that we have and try to see the connection it has to the problem.
